Mark O’Brien brings more than 30 years of national homebuilding experience spanning sales, construction, operational leadership, customer experience, and professional training. A licensed real estate professional for nearly five decades and a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, Mark has spent his career helping professionals better understand not only how homes are built, but how knowledge, communication, and better decision-making drive performance.
He founded New Homes Academy to turn decades of real-world experience into practical, modern training and tools that help today’s homebuilding and real estate professionals perform at a higher level.
